Using this site

You must be the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have a parent or guardian's consent. Please don't use this site for anything unlawful.

Products and pricing

All prices are in USD and may change without notice. Colours vary between screens, and because items are made to order there may be minor variation between pieces - that is the manufacturing process, not a defect.

We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing errors, including after an order is placed. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

Product use and safety

Hockey is a contact sport played on ice. Our sticks are sporting goods intended for their normal purpose. Inspect your equipment before use, replace anything cracked or damaged, and wear appropriate protective gear.

Beef Clapper is not responsible for injury arising from use, misuse, alteration, or continued use of damaged equipment.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Beef Clapper name, logo, designs and photography belong to us and may not be used commercially without written permission.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
