Shipping policy

We ship to the United States and Canada. If you're somewhere else, email info@beefclapper.com and tell us where you're playing.

Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on what you order, because our sticks and our apparel ship from different facilities. As a guide: sticks are $9.99 to the US and $29.99 to Canada; hats and beanies are $4.49 and $6.99; hoodies, tees and joggers start around $8.37 and $9.37. All prices on this site are in USD.

How long it takes

Everything is made to order, so your delivery date is production time plus transit time. Production is typically 2-7 business days. Transit is typically 3-4 business days in the US, and 5-7 business days to Canada plus customs clearance. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start production the next business day.

Tracking

You'll get an order confirmation, then a second email with tracking when your parcel ships. If you order a stick and apparel together they're made in different facilities and will arrive separately, on different days. You are not charged twice.

Customs and duties (Canada)

International orders may attract import duties, taxes or brokerage fees on arrival. These are set by your government, not by us, and are the recipient's responsibility.

Wrong address

We ship to the address you enter at checkout, so please double-check it. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll reship it once you cover the postage.
