Refund policy

Every Beef Clapper stick and every piece of apparel is made to order, so we handle returns a little differently than a big-box shop.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email info@beefclapper.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement free of charge, or refund you in full if a replacement isn't possible. You don't need to ship anything back unless we ask you to.

Change of mind or wrong size

Because each item is produced individually for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or because a different size, flex, curve, or hand was wanted. Please check the specs on the product page before ordering, and email us first if you're unsure which stick suits your game.

Cancellations

We can usually cancel or change an order within 12 hours, before it enters production. Email info@beefclapper.com as soon as you can.

Lost parcels

If tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, or tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, email us and we'll open a claim with the carrier.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks post them within 5-10 business days.
